ROBINSON RANCH IKE ARNOLD PARK-IMPROVEMENTS IN PROGRESS

Dear Robinson Ranch Resident(s)
The play equipment is coming to its final stages of the refresh plan. There are still additional items that have been ordered to refurbish the existing equipment. We have identified additional painting needs that is currently being quoted for completion. The construction fencing has been removed as the play equipment in its current condition has been deemed safe and functionable for your children to continue play. Any further work conducted will be taped off as needed.

The seating area and new pathway will be started around the end of April or early May. An update will be sent out when the area will be fenced to secure the area.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause to our young residents using the park, however our efforts are not just to improve the safety of our play equipment but also to create a more enjoyable place for our community residents to visit. We look forward to bringing Robinson Ranch Ike Arnold Park a refreshed look very SOON!

BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING: Closed Executive Session 6:30PM

Owners are encouraged to mail or bring their ballot to the Annual Meeting. If quorum is not established, the election will reconvene no less than 20 days of this meeting at a reduced quorum of 20%. A general session meeting will follow.

The next quarter 2024 Board Meetings: Annual Meeting May 20, 2024, June 24, 2024, July 22, 2024.

The Annual Meeting is scheduled to be held on Monday, April 22, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. There are 3 positions up for election. Please vote by completing the ballot mailed to you and submitting it no later than Monday, April 22nd at 3 p.m. You can mail or bring your ballot to the meeting. Robinson Ranch Owners are encouraged to stay informed of emergencies that may require immediate life saving actions. AlertOC is a mass notification system designed to keep Orange County, California residents informed. By registering with AlertOC, time-sensitive voice messages from the County or City in which you live or work may be sent to your home,cell, or business phone. Text messages may also be sent to cell phones. AlertOC can send out messages to email accounts and TTY devices as well. AlertOC is operated by the County of Orange in collaboration with local cities.
